Tour Itinerary

(07 Days)

Shimla to Sungri, Trek to Gujjar Channi (9000 ft)

Your adventure begins with a drive from Shimla to Sungri. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the journey as you pass through dense forests of oak and pine. Upon reaching Sungri, embark on an easy one-hour trek to Gujjar Channi campsite. Surrounded by nature's splendor, prepare for the days ahead as you settle into your campsite.

Day 01

Trek from Gujjar Channi to Ropra Camp

Wake up to the melodious symphony of nature. After a hearty breakfast, embark on a trek through a captivating landscape of cedar and oak trees in snow. Traverse through the vast expanse of Gujjar Channi, a picturesque grazing ground filled completely with snow. Discover the hidden treasures of the region as you explore ancient caves adorned with natural rock formations and a vibrant birdlife. Conclude the day at Ropra Camp, surrounded by the majestic Himalayas.

Day 02

Ropra Camp to Moral Danda Peak and Back

Prepare for the highlight of your trek as you ascend to Moral Danda Peak. The climb is rewarded with panoramic views of the Baspa Range and snow-capped mountains. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the peak, known for its rich flora and fauna. After capturing unforgettable memories, descend back to Ropra Camp for a well-deserved rest.

Day 03

Trek from Ropra Camp to Gujjar Channi and travel to Kharapatthar

Relish your final morning in the mountains with a hearty breakfast. Embark on a descent to Sungri, taking approximately three hours to reach Kharapathar homestay.

Day 04

Drive from Kharapatthar to Shimla

Bid farewell to the enchanting landscapes as you drive back to Shimla. Your adventure concludes with a sense of fulfillment and a heart full of memories.

Day 05

Tour Inclusions:

Stay in deluxe hotels or camps on a double sharing basis.
All meals included (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Convenient pick-up, drop-off, and sightseeing via tempo traveler.
All necessary park and trekking permit fees are covered.

Payment Policy:

To confirm a tour, the booking amount of 60% of total tour cost shall be pay by cash/cheque/online transfers. The balance 40% amount need to pay 01 month prior to the operation of the tour.

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

1. Cancellations before 45 days prior to the operation of the tour: 30% of the tour cost shall be retained as cancellation charges.

2. Within 30 to 44 days prior to the operation of the tour: 50% of the total

tour cost shall be charged as cancellation fees.

3. Within 29 days prior to the operation of the tour, any cancellations will have No refunds. Full tour cost shall be retained as cancellation charges.

4. Any tour affected by COVID Lockdown or any other unavoidable circumstances, will be postponed in the same season only (not applicable on peak period), but refunds are not applicable.

Loan & EMI Policy:

1. No cost EMI on 3/6 months. 1% on 9/12/18 & 24 months.

2. No down payment required.

3. Processing fee @ 2% on loan amount + GST (18%).

4. Attachment product (Mandatory): Loan Protect Insurance.

5. The premium of Loan Protect Insurance will be included in the loan amount

Each guest must provide a valid original photo ID with address proof (PAN Card not accepted).
Standard check-in is at 12:00 Noon, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy.
Meal arrangements are managed by the hotels; we are not responsible for specific menu requests.
Packages include base category rooms; any upgrades will incur additional charges.
Additional guests or children will be accommodated with a mattress on the floor.
We cannot guarantee specific floors or adjoining rooms due to hotel inventory constraints.
Vehicles will be arranged according to the itinerary; extra kilometers will be charged directly to the driver.
Some sightseeing may require local union cabs; costs for these are the customer’s responsibility.
No changes can be made to hotels or vehicles once the tour is booked; any changes will incur additional fees.
Be prepared for possible delays; we are not liable for any missed flights or trains due to transportation issues.
