Tour Itinerary

(07 Days)

Dehradun to Sankri

Start your day by arriving in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. From Dehradun, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Sankri, a small village located about 170 km away. The drive to Sankri takes approximately 6-7 hours. Upon reaching Sankri, check into your guesthouse and relax for the rest of the evening.

Day 01

Sankri to Taluka to Pauni Garaat (2500 m)

After breakfast, you will drive from Sankri to Taluka, a small village located about 12 km away.
From Taluka, you will start your trek to Pauni Garaat, a campsite located about 13 km away. The trek to Pauni Garaat is relatively easy and takes about 4-5 hours to complete. The trail passes through forests of pine, oak, and rhododendron. Along the way, you will also see some beautiful waterfalls and streams. Upon reaching Pauni Garaat, set up your camp and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Day 02

Pauni Garaat to Kalkattiyadhaar (3024m)

After breakfast, you will trek from Pauni Garaat to Kalkattiyadhaar, a campsite located about 8 km away. The trek to Kalkattiyadhaar is a bit more challenging than the previous day's trek and takes about 3-4 hours to complete. The trail climbs steadily through forests of birch and juniper. Along the way, you will also see some spectacular views of the Har Ki Dun valley. Upon reaching Kalkattiyadhaar, set up your camp and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, including Swargarohini, Hata, and Black Peak.

Day 03

Kalkattiyadhaar to Har Ki Dun (3566m) and back to Kalkattiyadhaar

After breakfast, you will embark on the most challenging part of the trek, the ascent to Har Ki Dun, a high mountain pass located at an altitude of 3,566 meters. The trek to Har Ki Dun takes about 6-7 hours to complete. The trail is steep and rocky, and you will need to use your hands and feet in some sections. However, the views from the summit are simply breathtaking.
After spending some time at the summit, you will descend back to Kalkattiyadhaar.

Day 04

Kalkattiyadhaar to Pauni Garaat (2500m)

After breakfast, you will trek from Kalkattiyadhaar to Pauni Garaat, where you will spend the night.

Day 05

Pauni Garaat to Taluka to Sankri

After breakfast, you will trek from Pauni Garaat to Taluka, where you will have lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive from Taluka to Sankri.

Day 06

Sankri to Dehradun

After breakfast, you will drive from Sankri to Dehradun, where you can catch your flight or train back home.

Payment Policy:

To confirm a tour, the booking amount of 60% of total tour cost shall be pay by cash/cheque/online transfers. The balance 40% amount need to pay 01 month prior to the operation of the tour.

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

1. Cancellations before 45 days prior to the operation of the tour: 30% of the tour cost shall be retained as cancellation charges.

2. Within 30 to 44 days prior to the operation of the tour: 50% of the total

tour cost shall be charged as cancellation fees.

3. Within 29 days prior to the operation of the tour, any cancellations will have No refunds. Full tour cost shall be retained as cancellation charges.

4. Any tour affected by COVID Lockdown or any other unavoidable circumstances, will be postponed in the same season only (not applicable on peak period), but refunds are not applicable.

Loan & EMI Policy:

1. No cost EMI on 3/6 months. 1% on 9/12/18 & 24 months.

2. No down payment required.

3. Processing fee @ 2% on loan amount + GST (18%).

4. Attachment product (Mandatory): Loan Protect Insurance.

5. The premium of Loan Protect Insurance will be included in the loan amount

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

It is mandatory to carry a valid Original Photo ID with Address Proof for each guest for a hassle-free hotel check-in process (PAN Card is not accepted).
Standard time for hotel check-in is 12:00 Noon & check-out time is 11:00 AM. For early check-in or late check-out hotel policy is applicable.
As the meals mentioned in the packages are offered by hotels, we are not responsible for any menu management.
We offer base category rooms only in our packages. So any upgradation/change in the room category is possible only with extra cost at each hotel.
Extra Person / Kid will be accommodated in a Mattress on floor basis only.
There is no guarantee of any specific floor or adjoining rooms because it is subject to room inventory status of hotel.
The vehicle shall be confirmed as per itinerary basis only. Any extra KM’s or other route drive will be chargeable extra & payable directly to the driver during the Trip.
During sightseeing at some places visit can be possible through local union cabs only. In such case the expenses should be bared by customer only.
No change is possible in hotel / vehicle once tour is booked. Any possible change is subject to extra charges applicable case to case basis.
During transit, there would be risks of long traffic jams, technical issues. That’s why we suggest our customers to keep extra time to avoid flight / train misses. We will not be responsible for any train / flight misses due to sudden vehicle malfunctions in the transit.
